Our rate of ₹1500 per person covers more than just a place to sleep; it’s your complete basecamp experience:

Tent Details
We offer 8 (eight) spacious tents, each capable of hosting up to 4 (four) guests. This ensures a cozy and exclusive stay for everyone.
Booking Policy: Payments & Cancellations
We aim to keep our booking process simple and transparent so you can focus on planning your adventure.
Payment Policy

Confirmation Deposit: An advance payment of [25%-50%] of the total booking amount is required to confirm your reservation and secure your tent.

Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be settled at the time of check-in at the campsite.

Accepted Methods: We accept payments via UPI, Net Banking, and Cash.

Identification: A valid government-issued photo ID is required from the primary guest at check-in.
Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation: Cancel up to [7 days] before your check-in date for a full refund of your deposit.

Partial Charge: Cancellations made between [6 - 5 days] before check-in will be charged [20%] of the total booking amount.

No Refund: No refund will be applicable for cancellations made within [24 - 48 hours/1-2 days] of check-in, or in the event of a no-show.

Early Departure: No refund will be given for unused nights if you choose to depart earlier than your booked check-out date.
Group Booking Policy

Refund Processing
All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and returned to the original payment method used for the booking.
