How to Reach-Parakitnest Campsite, Chopta

From Delhi
✈ By Flight + Road (via Dehradun Airport)

Fly from Delhi to Dehradun (Jolly Grant Airport) – ~1 hour.

From Dehradun, drive toward Chopta via the scenic route.
Dehradun → Rishikesh → Devprayag → Srinagar → Rudraprayag

→ Agastmuni → Bhiri → Makkumath → Parakitnest, Chopta

Total Distance: ~270 km  Estimated Time: 9–11 hours including stops 

🚆 By Train + Road (via Haridwar or Rishikesh)

Train from Delhi → Haridwar (4–6 hrs) or Delhi → Rishikesh (5 hrs).

From there, hire a cab or use buses to reach Parakitnest Campsite, Chopta through Rishikesh → Devprayag → Srinagar → Rudraprayag → Agastmuni → Bhiri → Makkumath → Parakitnest Chopta

Total Journey Time: 12–14 hours

Tip: Overnight trains are convenient, followed by daytime driving.
